The Noguchi Museum Shop accepts returns for most items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt, excluding limited edition works and custom furniture. We strive to ensure your acquisition of Isamu Noguchi’s designs meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare Shipment
Carefully repackage the item in its original museum-grade packaging to ensure the structural integrity of the piece is maintained during transit.
Dispatch Package
Affix the provided return label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location, ensuring the shipment is insured for its full value.
Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists verify the item's condition at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee for Akari lamps.
